  • My steam mop is not making steam but I can hear the motor.
    Chances are this is an air bubble in the lines. Tap the mop firmly on the floor a few times to get it steaming again.
  • My mop is still not steaming.
    Try running a bit of vinegar through your mop. There may be a mineral build-up from your tap water.
  • My mop has been damaged but it is outside of warranty. Do you offer a repair service?

vraiment satisfaite

J'ai acheté cette mop dans un salon et elle va tres bien. On a des chiens et des enfants et les planchers sont tout le temps sale. Donc je dois les laver souvent. Justement a cause des enfants et animaux, on ne voulait pas utiliser de produits chimiques. On est tres content avec cette mop pour ca. Je trouvais ca un peu difficile a faire glisser au debut mais après j'ai découvert que si on tiens la mop plus bas, c'est beaucoup plus facile. Et moi j'utilise une extension donc je n'ai pas de problème avec la longueur du fil.

Fantastic!

I bought this at a home show last year. Fantastic product! No more cleaning chemicals to use. Love it! We even put a few drops of essential oils on the pad for a nice smell. We love how well it cleans and sanitizes everything. And we use the Junior for the shower and window tracks. We are very happy about this product.

Mop is great. Hand held steamer is a gimick

We love the steam mop, especially for one particularly hard to clean floor. But, the hand held steamer is basically just an exensive gimick. The cord is do short, good luck reaching showerfloors or doorjambs with it, as desrcibed in the demonstrations. It also did not clean the textured shower floor as promised, when I did get it to reach with an ext.cord. A waste of $.

Decent Steam Mop

I purchased this product from a Trade Fair and within a short time the cap popped off during use and broke. Great CX service replaced the cap, however with the first use of the new cap, it once again blew off and broke. Now I need yet another replacement lid, or 3 as back-up.

Lunch box let down

I’m very disappointed in this purchase for just under $300.00. The floor cleaner is waaay too hard to push. The pull back is easier. To give it a fair review, I vacuumed and damp mopped before using the steam mop. At 20 feet the cord is waaaay to short. Get those designers to make a battery operated model. The hand held steamer does nothing to clean soap scum off a shower that is cleaned on a regular basis. It may sanitize but It sure doesn’t clean.
So how to I get a refund? I picked it up today and I want to return it ASAP. I hope the return is not a hassle.
