      • My device is not turning on (or off)

        Charge the device. If nothing happens, use a needle-like object to press the reset button in the hole. See page 5 of your manual for reference. If the problem still can’t be solved, please contact us.

      • I have encountered "Device not found".

        Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the device is on. If they still can’t be connected, please do as follows:

        1. Close the Smartphone app.
        2. Turn off Bluetooth.
        3. Restart the Macaron M2 PRO.
        4. Turn Bluetooth on, open the application.
        5. Search for the device.
        If it can’t be found, please try steps in order 1-5 a few more times. Or use the “test” feature to ensure connection.
      • My device was automatically disconnected.
        Possible causes may be:
        1. Too long distance or barriers between the Smartphone and the device.
        2. Insufficient battery power.
        3. High-power Bluetooth devices working around.

        You need to:

        1. Keep it within 10 meters, no walls, no large metal barriers between Smartphone and the device.

        2. Make sure the battery power is above 20%.

        3. Turn off or keep away from high-power Bluetooth devices working around. Automatically disconnected.

    Very happy customer

    I saw a add on Facebook for this and was interested enough to order and man am I happy I did.I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and issues with neuropathy and right away this little cookie got to work.I have been getting other treatments and this is something that allows me to be involved in my own care on my time.Its been very helpful! Customer service was also excellent when I had a problem with one of my pads and just one call a new one is on its way!

    I saw this at an exhibition,thought it was like all the others that don't really do anything. I gave in and tried it right there. I'm telling you I don't know how I could ever live without it now! I have shoulder, lower back and feet pains every day! I used it at home one time on each area for 30 mins each, and felt like I could dance the night away!!!!
    It's well worth the purchase! I LOVE IT!

    Tried this at Stampede and liked it but didn't buy. Noticed my shoulder and arm didn't bother me thar night. Went back and bought two of these. They work like the physio I did. Highly recommend the Macaron!

    I have an injured hand and and wrist. This little thing has been amazing for helping with the pain and numbness. I also like that it’s super cute and easy to use at work. Recommend!
