    We agree that getting to know your new mandolin can have a bit of a learning curve. Your most important accessory is the safety hat. Be sure to follow the arrows on the hat so you are using it in the right direction. Using a gliding motion, not pushing down, will generate the best results.

amazing tool

Just used this to make saurkraut. It made short work of a huge amount of cabbage and everything is just the right size. When I used to buy saurkraut I wasn't getting something this healthy and fresh, and this tool makes the task so easy. I am going to be using this to make more salads now...

Easy to cook

I do like cooking, but when I have my grandchildren over for dinner it used to take me forever to make scalloped potatoes (my daughter's favorite dish).
Now, it is so much faster. I do enjoy preparing meals for them. I even got creative for my grandsons using the other blades. I would recommend this slicer.

Super Handy and Compact

I received my order quickly and happy with the quality. I also enjoy the size of this vegetable slicer because we have limited storage space in our cupboards at home. My children also tend to eat more vegetables now because the shapes are more interesting. I would recommend for anyone that wants to change how they eat vegetables and fruit in their meals.
