When using your Bamix blender for crushing ice, remember to give the Bamix a light tapping motion against the ice as opposed to pushing the blade down into the container. The light tapping motion allows for more free motion of the blade and will therefore crush your ice faster and more evenly.

What is the best way to store my Bamix?
The Bamix stand is ideal for keeping your Bamix vertical and visible. This will also remind you to use it more often.
My Bamix seems to be slowing down.
Try soaking the shaft of your Bamix in hot water. This will clean any debris that has traveled up the inside of the shaft.
Why can't I get the mayonnaise recipe to work for me?
Be sure to use eggs that are room temperature. Use a narrow reservoir to allow the ingredients to layer. Place the egg in first then your oil and add vinegar and seasonings last. Start mixing on low speed at the bottom of the mixture. Do not pull up the wand until you start to see a thickened texture.
